The selection process:

1) Excellent University grades and test scores
GPAs alone cannot revel the depth of a tutor’s knowledge. We review all their transcripts to indentify which subjects they excelled in and enjoyed the most. We also review their SAT, GRE, and high school Advanced Placement test scores. This can indicate how well the tutor understands the test-taking process and whether they can share that skill with other students.

2) Natural ability to clearly explain material
Successful tutoring has as much to do with the ability to explain material effectively as it does with understanding the material. All tutors interested in joining Superb undergo mock tutoring scenarios to demonstrate their ability to breakdown complicated material and present it at the student's level of understanding.

3) Dynamic and engaging personality
We take our standard of quality and excellence very seriously and look for tutoring candidates with an innate sense of professionalism, dynamic energy, experience, and developed life skills.
